Eddie’s Spaghetti and meatballs

Start with a pound of ground beef and a pound of ground bulk sausage a half teaspoon of garlic, italian seasonings and salt and pepper to task combine that with half a cup of breadcrumbs and a half a cup parmesan. Shape into balls. Then cut up five sausage links into chunks bake all the meat at 400 for thirty min. While thats cooking you make a basic tomato sauce. Sweat an onion and 2 tablespoons of garlic along with a pack of Italian Dressing mix seasoning, Basil, orageno, salt and pepper to taste. Then add three cans of crushed tomatos, three cans of tomato past and three quarters of a cup of red wine and the same of sugar along with roasted red peppers and sundried tomatoes to taste. Combine the sausage and meatballs into the sauce and bake in the oven for at least two hours at 350. Stir and repeat until ready to eat. The longer it cooks the better it is.
